NEW RULES & OUR VERY FIRST BLACKLISTED CUSTOMER!
NEW RULES for dear shoppers:

1. No cancellation of order is allowed! if you are not very sure if you want to buy from us please DO NOT send in the order format. you are free to enquire on what you are unsure of. please clear your doubts first before sending us the order format. As of today, every order received will be confirmed which means you can't back out.


2. please DO NOT help your friend order if she is unsure whether she will purchase them for sure.


3. If you find the waiting time too long, DO NOT join the spree.





all this new rules are created thanks to one of the customers who violated all of the stated rules.

1. it is clearly stated in the post that the waiting time is 2-3 weeks and she sent in her order.
2. we've already decided on the meeting day & place.
3. one day before the meeting day we message her to ask about the time to meet up.
4. she replied telling us that she can't meet up.
5. 2 days later, today, we messaged her again when she wants to meet up.

this is what she replied:

customer: i not getting. i told you my friend cancel the order alr.

note: she did not say anything about cancelling of order only that she is unable to meet up that day.

customer: youre from kiss something right?

-obviously this kiss something shop was also cheated by her. we wonder how many more.

customer: and you said 2-3 weeks the shorts will come but my friend said too long then she don't want alr. and i said i not meeting meaning i not getting alr.

-so you expect us to think that every customer who say they can't meet that day means that they are cancelling their order for good? you did not even state that.

customer: paiseh, also not my fault. its like too long right. plus its my friend kay. other sellers are much friendly than you can..

my supplier replied her because of her actions. anyway, we stated the waiting time. if it's too long why did you bother to join the spree in the first place? other sellers are friendlier than me because:

1. they have yet to get cheated by you
2. i am not the one who reply
3. you don't expect me to say, 'thank you for cheating us. we hope to get cheated again! see you, love you lots! XOXO.' be glad that we still reply you in a polite manner(excludes the one replied by supplier.) and we did not even use vulgar.



we told her that one of her orders has arrived and if she wants it. we still want to do serious business as you can see. she replied no. obviously she's out to cheat us. even when the stocks have arrived way before the stated waiting time.




she insist that this is not their(she and her friend) fault. what do you think?

new mode of payment
NEW MODE OF PAYMENT!










Due to a high number of request of payment through meet up. thestickpeople has implemented a new system to pay through meet up. it may be a little more troublesome than other payment modes. however, this to ensure that both parties(thestickpeople & the customers) will not have to worry about their money being cheated. if this mode of payment doesn't appeal to you, please do not opt for payment through meet up.





steps to secure shopping payment mode:

1. 1st meet up to place a deposit.



i) note that the deposit amount must be half of the total cost of the orders.

2. thestickpeople will confirm your order



i) it will take around 2-3 weeks for stocks to arrive. please be patient.

3. once your order arrives, you will be notified and a second meet up will take place.



ii) pay another half of the total cost and you'll receive your order.

1. payment through bank transfer

2. payment through concealed cash at your own risk
